EDS Consultancy (EDS) specialise in the design of masts, monopoles and towers for use in the telecommunication and meteorological industries.We offer a full range of services including analysis, design, fabrication, supply and installation. To achieve a client’s goals we have developed a Centre of Excellencethat can realise and achieve most projects.
At the heart of our Centre of Excellence is a core of dynamic, highly trained and multi skilled engineers, all with the desire to learn and improve, seeking out new challenges and how to overcome them. This is achieved through the development of a company mentality of training, learning and sharing.To supplement and further enhance our engineers knowledge is EDS’s culture of carrying out and being knowledgeable of a wide range of company roles. This allows our engineers to have a broad and diverse knowledge of many business and engineering activities, such as design, project management, estimating and site activities, enabling them to consider not just design when carrying out daily tasks.
Drawing on almost 40 years of experience in the industry and with EDS having been in business for almost 20 years, we have constantly moved with the times, always conforming to the latest standards and industry practices. Using this experience as a basis and keeping the companies ethos in mind of ‘Adapt, Evolve and Advance – Through Training, Trying and Teaching everything is possible!’ Our Centre of Excellence boast engineers with a broad but in-depth skill set and qualifications, with all our engineers holding a minimum of a Masters’ Degree in Engineering, while some having relatively unique attributes in the industry for an Engineering Consultancy firm such as CSCS accreditation, Tower Climbing certification, Fall Arrest System installation training and Emergency First Aid qualifications.
